About TechMights Pay

Our Mission

TechMights Pay is a specialized payment technology platform developed by TechMights Technologies. Our objective is to empower businesses with bank-grade checkout, unified payment interfaces, and transparent reconciliation infrastructure.

We operate strictly on a Technical Service Provider (TSP) model, collaborating directly with RBI-authorized banking institutions and licensed acquiring partners. Under this model, all merchant transactions settle directly from acquiring banks into merchant bank accounts without intermediary fund holding.

Governance & Boundaries
  • No Fund Custody: TechMights does not operate wallets, hold pooled merchant escrow, or handle merchant cash payouts.
  • Bank Underwriting: Live payment credentials are only enabled upon completed KYC inspection and approval by the designated acquiring bank.
  • Data Privacy: Card data (PAN, CVV, PIN) is never stored on TechMights servers. All systems adhere strictly to tokenization and PCI DSS scoped boundaries.

Regulatory & Operational Notice:

TechMights Pay operates as a specialized payment technology platform and Technical Service Provider (TSP) integrating with authorized banking and acquiring partners. TechMights Pay does not pool, hold, or escrow merchant funds. Merchant settlements are routed directly by the acquiring bank partner pursuant to merchant KYC approval and underwriting agreements.
