We collect merchant registration details (business legal name, PAN, GSTIN, registered address, authorized contact information, and bank account details) strictly for compliance vetting and acquiring bank partner integration.

2. Zero Raw Cardholder Data Storage (PCI DSS)

TechMights Pay does not store, process, or transmit raw cardholder data (Primary Account Numbers, CVVs, PINs, or One-Time Passwords). Card entry occurs exclusively within bank-hosted fields or acquiring partner interfaces.

3. Private Storage of KYC Documents

Uploaded merchant business documents (such as certificates of incorporation and cancelled cheques) are stored on isolated, encrypted, non-public storage disks. These files are never accessible via public URLs and are restricted to authenticated compliance staff.

4. Data Sharing with Banking Partners

Merchant business information is shared strictly with the authorized acquiring bank partner selected for merchant underwriting and direct settlement processing.

Regulatory & Operational Notice:

TechMights Pay operates as a specialized payment technology platform and Technical Service Provider (TSP) integrating with authorized banking and acquiring partners. TechMights Pay does not pool, hold, or escrow merchant funds. Merchant settlements are routed directly by the acquiring bank partner pursuant to merchant KYC approval and underwriting agreements.
